Your dream about skateboarding reminded me of Christian Hosoi

Lastnight after you, Josh, and Chris left I turned on the tube and began watching Grosse Point Blank. You know, with John Cusack. Read the synopsis:

Martin Blank is a hitman with some emotional problems. He goes to a shrink who doesn't want him, and has had recurring dreams about his long lost love for 10 years since he stood her up on Prom night. When Blank gets an invitation to his School reunion he is originally dead against the idea, but when he is hired for a job in his home town he is forced to return home, and to face some old truths. -IMDB

I continued to watch because John Cusack's face makes me so curious. He has such an original look that no other actor does and even if they tried, they couldn't pull it off like he does. He reminds me of that boy that may have lived on your block when you were little who loved to wear yellow t-shirts(because yellow looks good on people with black hair) and ride his bike around from sun up to sun down. When he noticed you happily playing by yourself he approached you with his elongated, angular face and immediately admired you. His physical appearance expresses a type that is always looking up and admiring. Maybe he just reminds me of someone like that. Maybe this person only existed in my dreams. Or maybe he is a manifestation of how I always wanted Elijah Wood to view me when I was little and my brain misprocessed some data and now John Cusack gives me the feeling.

Moving on, John Cusacks face lures me in everytime. High Fidelity would have been low without him and Serendipity would have lacked the ounce of realism that it did have, which was Cusack. Imagine The Ice Harvest without his clumsey vulnerable face? You can't. The list goes on. He is kind of annoying, but his appearance in films makes the film everytime. This can't be argued.

Back to why his physical appearance makes me curious. His personality arises contradictions and in me, suspicions. He is so quick and expressive when he speaks and the way he closes his mouth and looks around when he seems annoyed can make anybody succumb to the Cusack. But his face is so pitiful, you just want to feel bad for him but you can't because he's cooler than you. On top of everything, his sister always has his back.

She makes him look better because she is so unattractive. This also makes him look like a sweetheart to the women of America. Only a sweetheart would appear in every movie with his sis.

Wasn't he in a movie called American Sweethearts?

Anyway, I think Jake and Maggie are trying to be the new John and Joan. This pisses me off. The Cusacks don't make sense to my generation which is what I love about them. Also, one of John Cusacks next movies is called Hot Tub Time Machine and Jake's is called Nailed.
